Hoppenbrouwers Techniek Acquires Installatiebedrijf Snoeks to Expand Eindhoven Presence

Hoppenbrouwers Techniek has acquired Installatiebedrijf Snoeks B.V., a family-owned company based in Valkenswaard with nearly 70 years of experience in mechanical installations. The acquisition, announced on May 4, 2026, aims to strengthen Hoppenbrouwers’ position in the Eindhoven region and broaden its portfolio of technical installation services.

While the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, Hoppenbrouwers has acquired 100% ownership of Snoeks, which employs a stable team of 20 professionals. The integration is expected to enhance Hoppenbrouwers’ capacity in mechanical installations, including climate control systems, sanitary installations, and service and maintenance operations.

Installatiebedrijf Snoeks has built a strong reputation over three generations as a reliable partner in designing, realizing, and managing mechanical installations. Its expertise spans residential construction and technical facility management across the Netherlands.
