Plat4mation announces acquisition of Adeno to strengthen Nordic footprint and accelerate value-driven ServiceNow adoption across Europe.
Plat4mation, headquartered in Utrecht, the Netherlands and backed by Keensight Capital, has announced an agreement to acquire Adeno, a Copenhagen-based ServiceNow consultancy. The acquisition is a strategic move to deepen Plat4mation’s footprint in the Nordic region and expand its portfolio of value-driven ServiceNow services. The deal, announced on June 2, 2026, is supported by Plat4mation’s lead investor, Keensight Capital, a prominent European private equity firm focused on growth buyouts.
While financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, the acquisition aligns with Plat4mation’s long-term growth strategy to scale its presence across Europe, particularly in the Nordics—a key market for ServiceNow adoption driven by increasing demand for enterprise workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
Plat4mation, founded in 2013, is the largest Europe-based pure-play ServiceNow Elite Partner. It offers advisory, implementation, and managed services across the ServiceNow AI platform, employing over 730 professionals across 13 countries. The company focuses on accelerating productivity and delivering measurable business impact through AI-driven workflow transformation.
Adeno, established in 2022, has quickly gained recognition in Denmark and the broader Nordic region for its expertise in helping large enterprises realize tangible business value from ServiceNow. The consultancy combines deep platform knowledge with a commercial, outcome-oriented approach. Its team includes experienced ServiceNow consultants and former MVPs, known for their thought leadership and hands-on delivery in complex enterprise environments.
Elmer de Valk, CEO of Plat4mation, stated, “The acquisition of Adeno is a natural next step in our growth journey, enabling us to build on our momentum in Europe and strengthen our position in the Nordics with additional scale and expertise. Together, we aim to help organizations unlock the full value of ServiceNow as a strategic enterprise platform.”
Charlie Rødgaard, CEO of Adeno, added, “Joining Plat4mation allows us to expand our impact across the region and bring our shared vision for value-driven ServiceNow transformation to more customers.”
The combined entity will enhance service delivery capabilities across enterprise ServiceNow workflows, including risk, security, compliance, CRM, and AI-enabled automation. Customers in the Nordics and EMEA will benefit from a unified partner offering advisory, implementation, and managed services throughout the ServiceNow lifecycle.
Keensight Capital’s Partner, Arjan Hannink, commented, “This acquisition aligns with Plat4mation’s strategy to reinforce its leadership as a pure-play ServiceNow partner in Europe. We look forward to supporting Plat4mation’s international development and strengthening its position within the ServiceNow ecosystem.”
The transaction remains subject to customary closing conditions. Integration efforts will focus on aligning operational processes, retaining key talent, and maintaining service quality to realize synergies and accelerate growth.
As the Nordic market for ServiceNow solutions continues to expand, this acquisition positions Plat4mation to capitalize on increasing demand for AI-driven workflow automation and enterprise-wide platform adoption. The deal also intensifies competitive dynamics in the region, potentially prompting further consolidation among ServiceNow partners.
Looking ahead, Plat4mation aims to leverage Adeno’s strong regional relationships and expertise to accelerate new customer acquisition and broaden its value-driven adoption frameworks, reinforcing its status as a leading ServiceNow partner across Europe.
