On March 26, 2026, INVENIO Partners has announced the first closing of its third private equity fund, targeting €75 million to invest in high-growth companies across Southeast Europe. Fund III continues the firm’s strategy of backing market-leading businesses in Bulgaria, Romania, and Serbia, focusing on companies with strong track records and clear ambitions to scale within their respective industries.
The closing reflects continued investor confidence in INVENIO’s platform, marking over a decade of activity in the region. The fund has attracted both new and returning institutional investors, including Doverie Pension Assurance, alongside PIC “DSK – Rodina” AD, UBB Pension Insurance (part of KBC Group), and the European Investment Fund (EIF), which supports the fund through the Bulgarian Recovery and Resilience Plan.
Fund III will deploy equity and quasi-equity investments ranging from €3 million to €10 million, targeting high-growth SMEs in sectors such as consumer & retail, healthcare, and technology-enabled services. The firm will also selectively explore opportunities across the broader Western Balkans, aiming to support regional expansion and value creation.
With Fund III, INVENIO seeks to build on its established track record by partnering closely with entrepreneurs and management teams to accelerate growth, strengthen operations, and create long-term value in underserved and fast-developing markets.
