Dolmans Landscaping Group acquires Zeldenrijk Groenvoorziening and Amstel Infra to expand green infrastructure services in Amsterdam. Read more on this strategic deal.

Dolmans Landscaping Group, a leading national player in green landscaping and landscape management backed by Foreman Capital, has acquired Zeldenrijk Groenvoorziening and Amstel Infra, two well-established companies based in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel. The acquisition was announced on May 25, 2026, marking a strategic step to strengthen Dolmans’ position in the Amsterdam metropolitan area.

Under the new arrangement, Zeldenrijk Groenvoorziening and Amstel Infra will continue operating under their respective brand names, with Zeldenrijk rebranded as Dolmans Zeldenrijk. The deal follows the recent entry of Foreman Capital as a new shareholder in Dolmans Landscaping Group earlier in 2025. Foreman Capital’s investment provides additional resources to support Dolmans’ growth ambitions, focusing on innovation, quality, and professionalization.

Zeldenrijk Groenvoorziening has over 30 years of experience in green landscaping, specializing in both large and small-scale projects including tree care, landscape maintenance, paving, woodwork, and waterworks. The company serves a diverse client base comprising private individuals, businesses, and public authorities. Amstel Infra complements this with expertise in civil engineering infrastructure, delivering ground, road, and water construction projects such as streetworks, sewer systems, earthmoving, and complete terrain development.

The acquisition aligns with Dolmans Landscaping Group’s strategy to expand its service portfolio and geographic reach. Founded in 1961, Dolmans operates multiple specialized subsidiaries across the Netherlands and parts of Belgium, focusing on sustainable and high-quality outdoor spaces. The integration of Zeldenrijk and Amstel Infra enhances Dolmans’ ability to offer comprehensive green infrastructure solutions combining landscaping and culture-technical services.

Nico Zeldenrijk, current owner and director of the acquired companies, will remain actively involved in the business to ensure continuity and facilitate knowledge transfer. This approach aims to preserve the personal and familial culture of the acquired firms while benefiting from Dolmans’ scale and Foreman Capital’s strategic support.

The deal does not disclose financial terms. However, the acquisition is expected to generate synergies through cross-selling opportunities, shared procurement, and optimized workforce deployment. Operational integration will focus on standardizing processes and quality standards while maintaining the distinct brand identities and client relationships of the acquired companies.

Market trends indicate increasing demand for professional, scalable, and innovative green infrastructure services. Dolmans’ strengthened regional presence positions it to compete more effectively against local rivals, who may respond with their own consolidation or innovation initiatives.

Looking ahead, Dolmans plans to leverage Foreman Capital’s backing to accelerate growth, invest in technology, and enhance service quality. The company also emphasizes maintaining the stability and expertise of its new subsidiaries during the integration phase. Regulatory approvals are not expected to pose significant hurdles given the regional nature of the deal.

Overall, this acquisition represents a significant milestone in Dolmans Landscaping Group’s expansion strategy, combining established local expertise with increased financial and operational capacity to meet evolving market demands.
