Beijer Alma’s Beijer Tech, via Noxon, acquires KICAB AB, expanding water treatment and industrial dosing portfolio in the Nordic market.

Beijer Alma AB’s subsidiary Beijer Tech, via its subsidiary Noxon, announced on May 28, 2026, the acquisition of 100% of the shares in KICAB AB, a Swedish technology and service company focused on water treatment, industrial dosing, and dewatering. The transaction marks a strategic expansion of Beijer Tech’s presence in the Nordic industrial technology sector.

KICAB, headquartered in Kungälv, Sweden, operates within the water treatment and industrial dosing niche, offering proprietary products, distribution of third-party equipment, and service and rental solutions. The company employs eight people and generates approximately SEK 50 million in annual revenue with solid profitability.

The acquisition agreement was signed on May 28, with completion expected in the second or third quarter of 2026. KICAB will be integrated into Beijer Tech’s Flow Technology business area. The deal is expected to have a marginally positive impact on Beijer Alma’s earnings per share.

Beijer Alma AB is an international industrial group headquartered in Uppsala, Sweden, with a decentralized structure managing around 70 companies. The group focuses on acquiring and developing industrial companies with leading positions in growing niche markets. Beijer Tech, one of its key subsidiaries, operates industrial and technology companies across the Nordic region.

Noxon’s CEO, Jens Johansson, emphasized the strategic importance of the acquisition: “We have followed KICAB for some time and are pleased to welcome its employees, customers, and suppliers to Beijer Tech. KICAB complements our portfolio with strong expertise and a broad offering in industrial dosing and dewatering. Together, we will develop aftermarket services, leverage our combined strengths, and continue growing in the Nordic region.”

Tommy Nilsson, former CEO and previous owner of KICAB, will remain active in the company post-acquisition. He commented, “This is an exciting next step for KICAB. We look forward to developing the business alongside Noxon and becoming part of Beijer Tech. We share a customer-focused philosophy and believe this partnership will enhance value creation for our clients and partners.”

The acquisition is expected to generate synergies through cross-selling KICAB’s products to Beijer Tech’s existing customers, expanding service and rental offerings, and streamlining procurement and administrative functions. Operationally, Noxon’s technical expertise will support product development and improve service efficiency.

Market-wise, the deal strengthens Beijer Tech’s position in the Nordic water treatment and industrial dosing markets by adding a profitable niche player with complementary capabilities. The acquisition aligns with industry trends of consolidation and increased focus on service differentiation in environmental and industrial equipment sectors.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction is structured as a full acquisition of KICAB’s shares. Integration efforts will focus on aligning organizational cultures, integrating IT and operational systems, and retaining key personnel to maintain service quality and customer satisfaction.

Looking ahead, Beijer Alma aims to leverage this acquisition to accelerate growth in attractive niche markets with high potential. The combined entity plans to innovate solutions through shared R&D and technical resources while expanding aftermarket services and equipment rental offerings across the Nordic region.
