Your.Cloud, which is backed by Strikwerda Investments, has finalized the acquisition of CIP Solutions and NXT GEN ICT, two established IT service providers based in the Netherlands. This strategic move, announced on April 7, 2026, bolsters Your.Cloud’s position as a leading managed services platform in the country, particularly across the Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague metropolitan areas.

While the financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, Your.Cloud has acquired 100% ownership of both companies. CIP Solutions and NXT GEN ICT will continue to operate under their existing brand names and leadership teams, maintaining their distinct identities within the Your.Cloud platform.

CIP Solutions and NXT GEN ICT specialize in providing full-service IT solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Their service portfolio includes managed workplace services, cybersecurity, connectivity, hosting, hardware provisioning, and managed print and document solutions. The companies have offices in Mijdrecht, Rotterdam, and Vlijmen, supporting a broad customer base across the Netherlands.
