Logistic Force, a full-service HR provider for the transport and logistics sectors, has acquired Traffic Academy Nederland, a specialized training institute based in Tilburg, to bolster its training offerings amid rising demand for skilled professionals.

Logistic Force, a prominent HR services provider focused on the transport and logistics sectors backed by Fields Group, has announced its acquisition of Traffic Academy Nederland (TA Nederland), a regional training institute located in Tilburg. This strategic move, announced on January 15, 2026, aims to enhance Logistic Force Opleidingen’s training capacity and expertise, addressing the growing need for well-trained professionals in a sector facing significant workforce shortages.

Founded in 2010 by Michiel van Breda and Caroline Sas, TA Nederland specializes in driver training, taxi training, and internal transport courses. The institute offers a diverse range of programs, including Code 95, reach truck, and VCA certifications, delivered through in-company sessions, on-site training, and e-learning platforms. The acquisition will allow Logistic Force to expand its training offerings to include taxi-certificate training, which is currently available in the North Brabant region, with plans for nationwide scaling.

“Our collaboration with Logistic Force enables us to make our training programs available on a larger scale, without compromising the quality, flexibility, and personal guidance our customers have come to expect,” said Michiel van Breda, co-founder of TA Nederland.

Christel Gevers, Training Manager at Logistic Force, emphasized the strategic importance of the acquisition, stating, “With the acquisition of TA Nederland, we strengthen both our team and the impact we make for our clients. This strengthens the position of Logistic Force Opleidingen as the one-stop shop for learning and development in the transport and logistics sector.”

Logistic Force has established a national footprint with a network of branches that maintain a strong presence in their local communities. The company has also recently expanded into the Belgian market, further solidifying its leadership position in the Benelux region.

The acquisition of TA Nederland is expected to create synergies in revenue through the expansion of training offerings and an increased customer base, leveraging Logistic Force’s extensive network. Additionally, the integration of training programs and operational systems will streamline processes and enhance training delivery.

As the logistics sector continues to evolve, the demand for skilled professionals remains high. This acquisition positions Logistic Force to better meet that demand while enhancing its competitive edge in the market. The integration process will focus on aligning corporate cultures and operational systems to ensure a seamless transition.

Looking ahead, Logistic Force aims to capitalize on the opportunities presented by this acquisition, including increased market penetration in the logistics training sector and potential cross-selling of services to existing clients. The company is committed to maintaining high standards of training quality and customer service as it integrates TA Nederland into its operations.
