Riverdam-backed ILC-Europe Acquires Bankers ICT to Expand IT Services in Eindhoven Region

ILC-Europe, a leading IT Managed Service Provider (MSP) headquartered in Eindhoven, has completed the full acquisition of Bankers ICT, an established ICT service provider based in Deurne. The transaction, announced on July 16, 2026, involves the full integration of Bankers ICT into ILC-Europe’s operations, supported by Riverdam’s MSP platform Smizer. While financial terms were not disclosed, the deal represents a strategic move to strengthen regional IT service capabilities and expand market presence in the Eindhoven region.

Bankers ICT is known for its personalized approach and long-standing customer relationships within the local SME market. By joining forces with ILC-Europe, the combined entity aims to leverage Bankers ICT’s local engagement alongside ILC-Europe’s broader scale, expertise, and ISO 27001-certified service portfolio. The integration is designed to maintain trusted client contacts and preserve the personalized service that Bankers ICT customers expect.

ILC-Europe specializes in workplace automation, connectivity, cybersecurity, and cloud solutions, primarily serving the southern Netherlands. The company is part of Smizer, a platform of regional MSPs backed by Riverdam, an investment firm focused on profitable Dutch SMEs with revenues up to €20 million. Smizer’s network spans nineteen locations across the Netherlands, including companies such as Emma Solutions ICT, Office IT, and Altios Cloud Experts.

Riverdam has actively expanded Smizer through 31 acquisitions over the past five years, aiming to build a robust platform of regional IT providers. Manuel Leussink, co-founder of Riverdam, highlights the sector’s growth potential: “The Dutch IT market is a key driver of digital transformation and we expect accelerated growth in the coming years.”
