Bromedo Metaal B.V. Acquires Van Hillo Geluidsbeheersing

Bromedo Metaal B.V., based in Dongen, has officially acquired the operations of Van Hillo geluidsbeheersing, located in Klundert. This acquisition, announced on January 12, 2026, is part of Bromedo’s strategy to enhance its market position in the acoustic solutions sector through its subsidiary, Esmono Sound.

Esmono Sound specializes in providing acoustic demountable cabins tailored for musicians, including freestanding sound studios and rehearsal spaces. The integration of Van Hillo’s operations is expected to bolster Esmono’s expertise and capacity, addressing the increasing demand for customized acoustic solutions across various industries.

Jeroen Brok, director of Bromedo Metaal, emphasized the strategic importance of this acquisition, stating, “This acquisition is a significant step in our growth strategy. We aim to further develop our offerings and realize new applications to better serve customers across diverse sectors.”
