Oak Tree Hill Capital-backed Siloy Acquires Cyberclick to Expand Southern Europe Digital Marketing Presence

Siloy acquires Cyberclick, adding 70 specialists and AI-driven marketing expertise to strengthen its Southern Europe HubSpot presence.

Siloy, Europe’s foremost HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner backed by Dutch private equity Oak Tree Hill Capital, has expanded its presence in Southern Europe by acquiring Cyberclick, a prominent Spanish digital marketing agency headquartered in Barcelona. The deal adds Cyberclick’s 70 specialists to Siloy’s existing workforce, bringing the group’s total to approximately 300 professionals across Europe.

Founded in 1999, Cyberclick is recognized as one of the earliest HubSpot partner agencies globally and holds Elite Solutions Partner status. The company combines over 25 years of experience with an AI-driven approach to inbound marketing, marketing automation, revenue operations (RevOps), performance marketing, and content services. Cyberclick operates from its headquarters in Barcelona with additional offices in Valencia and Madrid.

This acquisition reinforces Siloy’s strategic ambition to become a leading HubSpot partner in Europe, particularly by strengthening its position in Southern Europe. Cyberclick will maintain its brand identity and continue delivering its comprehensive 360-degree digital marketing and sales services. The integration will foster collaboration between the two teams, creating synergies that benefit clients and employees alike.
