TIP Group Acquires Service Trailer Sevilla (SETRASE) to Expand in Spain

TIP Group, a leading provider of full-service equipment solutions backed by I Squared, has acquired the business of Service Trailer Sevilla (SETRASE), marking a significant expansion into Southern Spain. The deal, announced on April 13, 2026, establishes TIP’s strategic presence in Andalusia, a key logistics corridor near the A-4 motorway that connects Spain with Portugal and Morocco.

The acquisition includes a fully operational workshop equipped to deliver maintenance and repair, bodyshop services, as well as reefer and hydraulic repairs. This setup ensures immediate business continuity and uninterrupted service delivery for existing customers. The integration of SETRASE’s experienced team and facilities expands TIP’s workshop network in Spain to six locations.

While the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, the acquisition enables TIP to launch a new leasing and rental branch in the region. This move is expected to broaden TIP’s customer base and enhance its service offerings in Southern Europe.
