RadNet Acquires Gleamer for €230 Million to Enhance AI Solutions

RadNet, Inc. acquires Gleamer SAS for €230 million, enhancing its AI-powered health informatics solutions and expanding its global market presence.

RadNet, Inc. (NASDAQ: RDNT), a leader in outpatient diagnostic imaging services based in Los Angeles, has acquired Gleamer SAS, a prominent radiology AI company located in Paris, for €230 million. The acquisition, announced on March 2, 2026, will integrate Gleamer into DeepHealth, RadNet’s wholly owned subsidiary, thereby enhancing its portfolio of AI-powered health informatics solutions.

Gleamer, founded in 2017, serves over 700 customer contracts across 44 countries, offering a diverse range of FDA-cleared and CE-marked AI solutions for musculoskeletal, breast, lung, and neurologic applications. The company has experienced a compound annual growth rate exceeding 90% from 2022 through 2025, with expectations to reach approximately $30 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 2026.

The acquisition is expected to augment DeepHealth’s global commercial sales force and strengthen its research and development capabilities. Dr. Howard Berger, President and CEO of RadNet, emphasized the importance of this acquisition, stating, “As imaging volumes continue to rise amid an accelerating shortage of radiologists worldwide, reengineering high-volume workflows is essential to sustaining access, efficiency, and quality of care.”

By combining Gleamer’s advanced AI capabilities with DeepHealth’s existing solutions, the acquisition creates an unparalleled portfolio of clinical AI solutions across various imaging modalities. This integration will support screening, detection, interpretation, and follow-up for prevalent cancer types and neurodegenerative conditions.

Gleamer’s cloud-first platform operates on a SaaS ARR business model, which is expected to drive significant productivity gains within RadNet’s imaging network, particularly in X-ray, which constitutes nearly 25% of RadNet’s imaging volume. The acquisition is structured as an all-cash transaction, including a post-closing milestone, reflecting Gleamer’s strong recurring revenue growth and high customer retention rates.

Looking ahead, RadNet plans to implement an end-to-end AI-enabled workflow that prioritizes critical findings, thereby accelerating the interpretation of urgent cases. This strategic move not only positions RadNet as the largest provider of radiology clinical AI solutions worldwide but also enhances its operational efficiencies and cost-effectiveness.

RadNet and DeepHealth will hold a media event on March 2, 2026, to discuss the acquisition further. Additionally, DeepHealth will showcase its integrated portfolio at the European Congress of Radiology (ECR) 2026 in Vienna from March 4-7, 2026.
