On January 19, 2026, Anchr, a prominent player in the software industry backed by Strada Partners, announced its acquisition of United Codes, a recognized specialist in Oracle APEX software and consulting. This strategic move aims to bolster Anchr’s existing Oracle consulting activities under the Anchr Custom Solutions division, allowing the company to operate all Oracle-related services under the trusted United Codes brand.

The acquisition is a pivotal milestone in Anchr Software’s ambition to establish itself as a pan-European leader in Oracle technologies. Founded in Leuven, United Codes is known for its market-leading products, including APEX Office Print, and has a strong reputation within the international Oracle APEX community.

By merging United Codes’ robust software portfolio and deep expertise in APEX with Anchr’s established consulting team, the combined organization will create a comprehensive one-stop shop for Oracle customers. The integration will bring together approximately 40 Oracle professionals, enhancing service delivery through combined expertise in implementation, integration, and long-term support.

“United Codes is a perfect fit with Anchr’s strategy of building strong, domain-specific software companies,” said Giel-Jan Triest, M&A Director at AXI Group & Anchr. “We see Oracle APEX as a key pillar in the application modernization journey of many customers.”

The acquisition unlocks significant synergies, including cross-selling opportunities to United Codes’ more than 700 software customers and increased software sales through enhanced consulting services. Anchr Custom Solutions will be able to scale its consulting services effectively, while United Codes can accelerate its software sales with the support of a dedicated go-to-market team.

Both companies will continue to work closely with existing customers and partners, ensuring continuity of service and product development. This collaboration is expected to enhance the overall customer experience, providing robust Oracle APEX products alongside local expertise.

Looking ahead, Anchr aims to leverage the combined strengths of both organizations to expand its customer base across Europe and develop new Oracle APEX products and services. The integration process will focus on aligning operational processes and retaining key talent from both teams to ensure a smooth transition.

As Anchr continues to grow, it remains committed to being the most supportive and inspiring partner for software entrepreneurs, helping them think bigger, grow faster, and create sustainable value together.
