Aizy acquires Uptmz, integrating AI and automation for Google, Microsoft, and Meta ads. Learn how this strengthens their AI-driven marketing platform.
Aizy, a Breda-based AI performance marketing software provider, announced on May 28, 2026, its acquisition of Uptmz, a technical performance marketing platform specializing in automation and scalability for Google and Microsoft advertising. The transaction combines software, AI-driven optimization, and strategic support into a single integrated platform, now serving more than 600 customers.
Uptmz originated within the Springbok Group agency and became an independent company in 2022 to accelerate platform growth. Its technology focuses on automating and scaling performance marketing campaigns across Google and Microsoft ads. Under Aizy’s ownership, Uptmz’s platform will further develop within an AI-first environment, enhancing capabilities and expanding service offerings.
Aizy itself is an AI-powered platform that merges artificial intelligence with human expertise to optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, and Meta advertising channels. Clients can either manage campaigns independently or outsource full campaign management to Aizy’s team of specialists.
Stefan Nuijten, founder of Aizy, described the acquisition as a strategic move combining Uptmz’s robust, scalable technology with Aizy’s AI intelligence and human support. “This combination offers the best of both worlds: user-friendly software and intelligent strategic execution,” Nuijten said. “It sets a new standard in AI-performance marketing and positions us ahead of recent market entrants.”
Vincent Stoit, co-founder of Uptmz, highlighted the growing demand for multi-channel marketing solutions that extend beyond software alone. “We found in Aizy a partner capable of advancing our technology and supporting clients through their next growth phase,” he said.
The acquisition accelerates Aizy’s rapid growth trajectory, which has been fueled by a pragmatic approach of co-developing technology with clients and continuous optimization based on real-world data. The company has attracted investments from notable tech investors including Gijs Nagel, Michiel Mol, and Joost van der Klooster.
By integrating Uptmz’s automation platform with Aizy’s AI and specialist services, the combined entity aims to offer a comprehensive multi-channel advertising ecosystem covering Google, Microsoft, and Meta platforms. This integration is expected to enhance scalability, improve campaign performance, and increase customer retention through a unified software and consulting approach.
Industry experts note that this deal reflects a broader trend of consolidation in AI-driven performance marketing, where integrated platforms combining automation, AI, and strategic support are becoming essential to meet growing client demands. Competitors may respond by accelerating their own platform integrations or forming partnerships to remain competitive.
While no financial terms were disclosed, the deal is expected to generate synergies through cross-selling opportunities, cost efficiencies in R&D and operations, and faster product development within an AI-first framework. Challenges include aligning technology roadmaps and maintaining service quality during integration.
Looking ahead, Aizy plans to leverage the combined platform to expand internationally within the European market, building on its strong position in the Netherlands. The company aims to continue innovating in AI-powered marketing solutions that blend automation with expert human insight.
