KeBeK Private Equity Acquires Majority Stake in House of Hospitality

KeBeK Private Equity has taken a majority ownership position in House of Hospitality, the leading Belgian provider of crewing and logistics services for the catering and events sector. The transaction, announced on June 10, 2026, marks the third investment of KeBeK’s fourth fund and includes substantial reinvestment by House of Hospitality’s co-founders and management team. Minority shareholder Dovesco will maintain its stake, ensuring continuity.

Founded in 2004 with the establishment of Flying Service in Leuven, House of Hospitality has grown into a market leader through a combination of organic growth and strategic acquisitions. The group operates under a ‘house-of-brands’ model, encompassing Flying Service, Kitchenstaff, Mira, SKWD, and PSP-Services, each specializing in crewing for corporate caterers, B2B events, sports venues, theme parks, and festivals. Additionally, the group provides end-to-end logistics support for large events, including setup, dismantling, storage, and transport through Hels, as well as menu engineering and kitchen consultancy via Blackfisk.

House of Hospitality currently operates 10 offices across Flanders, Brussels, and Wallonia, employs approximately 60 staff, and manages a workforce of over 3,500 trained profiles. The company emphasizes professional, high-quality, and compliant services, supported by efficient business processes, which has resulted in steady growth and a loyal client base including major catering companies and event organizers.

KeBeK Private Equity, founded in 2012 and focused on investing in healthy SMEs within the Benelux region, plans to leverage its capital and expertise to accelerate House of Hospitality’s growth ambitions. This includes expanding service offerings, entering new event verticals, and pursuing further acquisitions within Belgium and potentially neighboring countries.

The deal is expected to create synergies by cross-selling complementary crewing and logistics services, consolidating back-office functions, and optimizing workforce management through technology. KeBeK’s backing will support both organic growth and buy-and-build strategies, positioning House of Hospitality to scale operations and enhance its integrated service offerings.

Industry observers note that this acquisition strengthens House of Hospitality’s leadership in Belgium’s fragmented catering and events staffing market, increasing competitive pressure on smaller providers and accelerating sector consolidation. However, integration challenges remain, including aligning multiple brand identities and maintaining service quality during expansion.

Looking ahead, House of Hospitality aims to leverage KeBeK’s resources to expand geographically and broaden its service portfolio, reinforcing its position as a one-stop-shop for catering and event staffing and logistics in Belgium and beyond.
