Your.Cloud, a leading European managed IT services group backed by Strikwerda Investments, has completed the acquisition of Cloud Geeni, a UK managed service provider (MSP) focused on supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with managed IT support, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity services. This strategic move, announced on April 23, 2026, expands Your.Cloud’s presence in the UK market and enhances its service portfolio tailored to SME customers.

Although the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, Your.Cloud has acquired 100% ownership of Cloud Geeni.
