XPartners Group AB, backed by Axcel, has officially acquired Wi Landskap AB, a prominent landscape architecture firm founded in 2014 and based in Stockholm, Sweden. The acquisition, announced on February 11, 2026, aims to bolster XPartners’ capabilities in the landscape management sector, although the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed.
Wi Landskap is recognized for its expertise in cultural environments and has a diverse portfolio that includes parks, urban environments, and commercial spaces. The firm reported an annual revenue of approximately 13 million kronor in its latest fiscal year, serving a clientele that includes construction companies, municipalities, and housing corporations.
