This acquisition marks a significant step for VDK Groep in expanding its footprint in Southern Netherlands and enhancing its national network with a family-run business known for its high-quality services.
Pasmans/Gasgarde, founded in 1975 by Nico Pasmans and currently led by Marc Pasmans, has built a strong reputation over the decades for its reliable technical management, service, and maintenance offerings. The company specializes in a wide range of installation work, particularly in central heating and sustainable technology solutions, catering to both commercial and private clients.
