VanRoey, a managed ICT services provider backed by Fortino Capital, has announced its acquisition of The Collective, a specialized Microsoft Solutions Partner located in Zele, Belgium. This strategic move, revealed on January 23, 2026, allows VanRoey to strengthen its cybersecurity offerings and expand its geographic presence into East Flanders, following its recent establishment in West Flanders.

The Collective is recognized for its expertise in security services, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR), cloud solutions, identity management, and endpoint security. This acquisition is expected to enhance VanRoey’s service portfolio, providing clients with a broader range of IT infrastructure solutions.
