SUE | Cloud & AI Native Solutions has acquired CloudPhilos, a specialist in Amazon Web Services (AWS), effective June 1, 2026 and announced on June 11, 2026. This strategic move aims to strengthen SUE’s position as a premier AWS partner in the Dutch market by combining complementary expertise in cloud migration, cloud security, cost optimization, and managed cloud services.

The terms of the deal, including financial details, were not disclosed. The acquisition involves a full 100% stake in CloudPhilos, integrating its AWS-focused business into SUE’s existing cloud-native technology platform. Both companies will maintain their ongoing client projects with existing teams remaining actively involved, ensuring continuity of service.

SUE, headquartered in Geldermalsen, Netherlands, has over 28 years of experience in infrastructure and operations. Its service offerings include consultancy, professional and managed services, alongside proprietary software products such as Multistax and Re:App, designed to accelerate modernization and migration processes.
