Stirling Square Capital Partners has announced the final close of its Fifth Fund on March 31, 2026, raising €720 million in total commitments. The fund attracted strong support from existing investors while also bringing in a globally diversified group of new limited partners, including pension funds, asset managers, financial institutions, and family offices across Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific.
The Fifth Fund will continue Stirling Square’s established strategy of investing in leading European mid-market businesses, with a particular focus on internationalisation and digitalisation as key drivers of value creation. The fund has already demonstrated early momentum, completing three investments: Infobric, a provider of construction software solutions in the Nordics and the UK; GTT, a tax software provider for public administrations in Spain and Latin America; and Iconsulting, Italy’s largest independent data and AI specialist. These investments are performing well and have already delivered value creation.
The successful fundraising follows an active period of exits for Stirling Square, including the agreed sale of Isoclima from its Third Fund in December 2025, alongside further expected realisations from its Fourth Fund later this year. The firm continues to offer co-investment opportunities alongside its funds, enhancing investor participation.
