SealteQ Group Acquires Kreeft Betonrenovatie to Enhance Services

SealteQ Group, backed by Quadrum Capital, has announced the acquisition of Kreeft Betonrenovatie & Injectietechnieken B.V. on January 22, 2026,. This strategic move aims to enhance their capacity to deliver innovative maintenance solutions in the civil and industrial sectors. While the financial details of the deal remain undisclosed, the acquisition is expected to leverage Kreeft’s regional expertise alongside SealteQ’s national capabilities.

Kreeft, founded in 1981 and based in Hoogeveen, specializes in concrete renovation and injection techniques. The company operates with a dedicated team of 50 specialists, focusing on complex projects within the civil engineering domain. The partnership with SealteQ is seen as a deliberate step to ensure continuity and effectively address the growing demand and complexity in the market.
