Castik Capital-backed paraDIGMA groep Acquires Three Dutch Occupational Health Firms

paraDIGMA groep, a leading Dutch provider of occupational health services backed by Munich-based private equity firm Castik Capital, has reached an agreement to acquire three specialized companies: Master Arbo Nederland, ASK Arbo Artsen, and Arbogezondheidscentrum. The deal, announced on August 20, 2026, marks a significant step in paraDIGMA’s growth strategy to consolidate expertise and expand its service offerings in the field of sustainable employability.

While the financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, paraDIGMA is acquiring 100% ownership of the three firms, which collectively enhance its capabilities in workplace health assessments, medical examinations, and advisory services. The acquisition is subject to approval by the Dutch Healthcare Authority (Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit).

Master Arbo Nederland has established a strong national presence as a certified occupational health service provider, supported by the Arbogezondheidscentrum’s expertise. ASK Arbo Artsen is recognized for its recruitment and training model for occupational physicians. Together, these companies complement paraDIGMA’s existing services, particularly its own Arbodienst division.

paraDIGMA’s recent acquisition of 2grip, another certified occupational health provider, aligns with its broader strategy to invest in innovation and digitalization. Mulder notes, “By combining forces with multiple organizations, we can accelerate investments in digital platforms and innovation, advancing paraDIGMA’s development both organically and through strategic acquisitions.” The company plans to leverage its digital platform, paraDIGMA-Online, to enhance service delivery and standardize health and safety protocols across its expanded operations.
