Odin Groep has reached an agreement to acquire the managed services activities of NEXXT, integrating them into its subsidiary Previder. This move aims to ensure continuity for NEXXT's clients and employees while bolstering Previder's position in the semi-public sector.

Odin Groep, backed by Seven2, has announced its acquisition of the managed services activities from NEXXT, a strategic decision that will see these operations integrated into its subsidiary, Previder. The deal, finalized on February 12, 2026, is designed to maintain continuity for NEXXT’s customers and employees while enhancing Previder’s reputation as a reliable managed services partner, particularly in the semi-public sector.

NEXXT, known for its consultancy and managed services, has been undergoing a strategic repositioning to clearly delineate its consultancy and managed services operations. This acquisition allows NEXXT to sharpen its focus on its role as a strategic IT partner, supporting organizations with current and future IT developments. The managed services division will continue to operate under the NEXXT Managed Services name until full integration into Previder is completed.

Odin Groep’s acquisition is part of a broader strategy to strengthen its managed services capabilities. According to company representatives, “Managed services require focus, scale, and continuity. This acquisition allows us to build a robust managed services organization in the Netherlands, providing clients and NEXXT colleagues with a stable environment for reliable, secure, and future-oriented IT.”

Previder will benefit from the integration by enhancing its managed services organization with experienced specialists from NEXXT. The NEXXT managed services team, based in Wognum, Amersfoort, and Groningen, will continue to serve clients from these regions, ensuring that they retain their trusted relationships.

This acquisition is expected to create synergies, including cross-selling opportunities between Previder and NEXXT’s existing client base, as well as an expansion of service offerings. Additionally, the consolidation of operations is anticipated to reduce overhead costs and streamline processes, ultimately leading to improved service delivery.

As the managed services landscape evolves, this acquisition positions both Odin Groep and Previder to capitalize on emerging trends in IT consultancy and managed services. The integration process will focus on maintaining employee morale and ensuring seamless operational alignment between the two organizations.

Looking ahead, Odin Groep aims to leverage this acquisition to enhance its market share in the managed services sector, particularly within the semi-public domain. The company is committed to providing a stable and expert-driven environment for its clients, ensuring that both organizations can concentrate on their core competencies.
