Michelli Weighing & Measurement Acquires Total Scale Service

Michelli Weighing & Measurement, a portfolio company of Summit Park, has successfully recapitalized Total Scale Service, a prominent provider of industrial weighing services. This strategic acquisition aims to enhance Michelli’s operations in the Pacific Northwest, increasing its exposure to key markets served by Total Scale.

Founded in 1981 and headquartered in Boise, Idaho, Total Scale serves over 800 customers across Idaho, Montana, and Washington. The company specializes in a comprehensive range of industrial weighing services, including equipment and parts sales, catering primarily to the food and beverage, agriculture, and aggregates sectors.

Michelli Weighing & Measurement, based in New Orleans, Louisiana, provides calibration, maintenance, and repair services for various precision and industrial weighing systems. The acquisition of Total Scale is expected to enhance Michelli’s technical capabilities and strengthen its regional presence in the Northwest, further expanding its national service footprint.
