Keylane acquires UK-based 360Globalnet, enhancing its Property & Casualty platform with SiteView no-code claims automation across global markets.
Keylane, a leading provider of insurance technology solutions backed by Pollen Street Capital, has acquired 360Globalnet, a UK-based insurtech company specializing in digital claims automation. The acquisition brings 360Globalnet’s SiteView platform into Keylane’s portfolio, enhancing its Property & Casualty offering with advanced claims journey orchestration, workflow automation, and digital customer engagement capabilities.
While the financial terms of the deal remain undisclosed, Keylane has acquired 100% ownership of 360Globalnet, including its international operations spanning Europe, Asia-Pacific, and North America. The integration aims to accelerate the development and global expansion of the SiteView platform, which leverages no-code technology to enable insurers to modernize claims processes rapidly without extensive development efforts.
360Globalnet, headquartered in the United Kingdom, has built a reputation for its SiteView platform, which facilitates digital claims management by automating workflows, managing digital site visits, and improving communication among insurers, customers, and suppliers. The platform’s flexible architecture allows insurers to deploy it alongside existing core systems, enabling targeted modernization of claims journeys while minimizing operational disruption.
Keylane, known for its comprehensive insurance technology solutions, particularly in the Property & Casualty sector, views this acquisition as a strategic move to enhance operational excellence and technology leadership. By integrating SiteView, Keylane aims to offer insurers greater flexibility to digitize and automate claims processes, reduce complexity, and deliver faster, more transparent customer experiences.
“Claims is becoming an increasingly important part of the customer experience,” a Keylane spokesperson said. “360Globalnet’s highly flexible platform complements our existing offerings by adding expertise in digital claims, no-code technology, and customer communication. Together, we can accelerate SiteView’s development and provide greater value to insurers worldwide.”
The 360Globalnet team will remain intact and continue to develop and support the SiteView platform under the Keylane umbrella. The 360Globalnet brand will gradually transition to Keylane, while the SiteView name will continue as a Keylane product in the market.
This acquisition aligns with broader industry trends emphasizing digital transformation in insurance claims. Insurers face increasing pressure to streamline claims journeys, improve transparency, and reduce operational costs. The integration of no-code platforms like SiteView enables faster adaptation to evolving customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
Financial details such as deal value, revenue multiples, or funding sources were not disclosed. However, the acquisition is expected to generate synergies through cross-selling opportunities to Keylane’s existing clients, operational efficiencies from combined R&D efforts, and expanded international market access.
Looking ahead, Keylane plans to integrate SiteView’s capabilities into its core insurance platform, enhancing claims automation and customer engagement. The combined expertise and resources aim to accelerate innovation and support insurers in their digital transformation journeys globally.
As the insurance technology market continues to consolidate, this acquisition positions Keylane to compete more effectively against peers investing in claims automation and international expansion. Keylane’s strengthened platform and broader geographic footprint may prompt competitors to pursue similar strategic moves.
Keylane and 360Globalnet share a commitment to innovation, customer value, and long-term partnerships. Their combined efforts are expected to deliver more efficient, engaging, and transparent claims experiences for insurers and their customers worldwide.
