Harvest Group acquires Amazon agency Cartograph, expanding its integrated commerce and marketing capabilities for emerging consumer brands.
Harvest Group, a prominent integrated commerce agency serving high-growth consumer brands backed by Mountaingate Capital, has acquired Cartograph, a specialized Amazon agency known for its performance marketing expertise and support for emerging brands. This acquisition, announced on April 14, 2026, marks Harvest Group’s largest deal to date, substantially increasing its scale, team size, and influence within the Amazon marketplace.
Founded in 2017 by Chris Moe and based in Austin, Cartograph has built a strong reputation for operational excellence and client service, particularly in helping consumer packaged goods (CPG) brands launch and scale on Amazon. The acquisition brings together Cartograph’s deep Amazon expertise with Harvest Group’s full-service, integrated commerce approach, creating a comprehensive solution for brands at various growth stages.
Ross Cully, CEO of Harvest Group, highlights the strategic fit: “What Chris and his team have built at Cartograph is unique in the digital commerce ecosystem. Their proven track record in launching and scaling CPG brands on Amazon complements our capabilities perfectly. This acquisition enhances our ability to deliver integrated commerce and media solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.”
Cartograph’s founder, Chris Moe, expressed enthusiasm about joining Harvest Group: “Partnering with Harvest Group allows us to expand our impact and create greater opportunities for our clients and team. We remain committed to delivering strong results through our Amazon expertise and operational excellence.”
The deal effectively doubles the size of Harvest Group’s Amazon business and workforce, strengthening its position within the Amazon ecosystem. The combined entity offers an expanded suite of services, including retail media, digital commerce, and social platform strategies, all supported by Harvest Group’s proprietary technology platform.
Founded in 2006, Harvest Group employs over 400 people globally and works with major retailers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, Target, Amazon, Costco, and Kroger. The acquisition aligns with broader industry trends where Amazon continues to play a central role in retail growth, prompting agencies to build scaled, integrated capabilities to support brand growth on digital marketplaces.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The integration will focus on aligning operational processes, technology platforms, and retaining key talent from Cartograph to maintain service quality. The combined organization aims to leverage cross-selling opportunities, streamline resources, and enhance data-driven performance analytics.
This acquisition intensifies competitive dynamics in the integrated commerce and Amazon agency space, potentially prompting similar consolidation moves by competitors. Harvest Group’s expanded capabilities position it to accelerate client acquisition and retention by offering comprehensive Amazon and digital commerce solutions.
Looking ahead, the combined company plans to deepen its service offerings and continue investing in technology and talent to support emerging and scaling CPG brands navigating the complex retail landscape.
