Cary Group Acquires AGS Holland Distribution B.V. for Strategic Expansion

Cary Group, backed by Nordic Capital, has announced the acquisition of AGS Holland Distribution B.V., a prominent provider of glazing solutions for the Dutch Bus & Coach market. This strategic move, finalized through Cary Group’s German subsidiary, Zentrale Autoglas, involves the purchase of 100% of AGS Holland, which will be integrated into Zentrale Autoglas, thereby enhancing Cary Group’s footprint in the European heavy vehicle sector.

The acquisition is significant as it allows Cary Group to expand its existing Bus & Coach businesses, which include Svenska Bussglas in the Nordics and Zentrale Autoglas in Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg. Gerard Vader, the current owner of AGS Holland Distribution B.V., will remain involved during a transition period to ensure continuity and facilitate the transfer of expertise and customer relationships.
