Böschen IT Group acquires Dutch IT provider Rvados, enhancing Reliance’s managed services and Microsoft expertise. Read about the strategic deal and market impact.
Böschen IT Group, the IT investment platform of the Amsterdam-based Böschen family office, has expanded its footprint in the Netherlands by acquiring Rvados, a well-established IT service provider specializing in managed services. The acquisition, executed through Böschen’s managed services platform Reliance, aims to enhance service capacity and broaden expertise in digital transformation and cloud migration.
Rvados, previously part of 90North, supports organizations in managing, optimizing, and continuously improving their IT environments. The company is recognized for its reliability, scalability, and strong Microsoft partnership credentials, particularly in deploying integrated Microsoft Security solutions and AI-driven services.
Under the terms of the deal, Rvados will continue operating under its own name within the Böschen IT Group, maintaining existing teams and customer relationships to ensure continuity. This approach allows the group to leverage Rvados’ specialized capabilities while integrating operationally to scale service delivery.
Kevin Philippen, CEO of Böschen IT Group, highlights the strategic fit: “By welcoming Rvados, we add a strong IT partner that aligns with how we are building Reliance: entrepreneurial, committed and focused on long-term value creation. Their Microsoft expertise and deep understanding of digital transformation strengthen our platform exactly where our customers need it most.”
Djamshid Mohammadian, CEO of Rvados, adds, “Alongside managed services, we deliver project-based services focused on designing, implementing and managing our clients’ digital workplaces. With our focus on Microsoft Security and AI, and as one of the few IT service providers that deploys the full Microsoft Security portfolio in an integrated way for clients, we clearly differentiate ourselves in the market. Within Böschen IT Group, we can further scale and strengthen this capability.”
The acquisition fits within Böschen IT Group’s long-term strategy of building a sustainable IT ecosystem through a forever-hold investment approach. The group focuses on quality, growth, and long-term customer relationships, aiming to create lasting value for clients and partners.
Market dynamics in the Dutch managed services sector are increasingly competitive, with growing demand for cloud migration, digital transformation, and integrated security solutions. By combining Reliance’s platform with Rvados’ expertise, Böschen IT Group strengthens its position against competitors and accelerates industry consolidation.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed. The integration will focus on operational synergies such as shared infrastructure, consolidated back-office functions, and economies of scale in procurement. The combined entity expects to enhance service capacity and flexibility, enabling it to address both strategic digital challenges and day-to-day IT operations for a diverse client base.
Looking ahead, Böschen IT Group plans to leverage the expanded network of specialists and broadened service portfolio to pursue larger and more complex contracts. Maintaining Rvados’ brand and customer-centric approach remains a priority to ensure seamless service delivery during the transition.
This acquisition marks a significant step in Böschen IT Group’s ambition to be a leading managed service provider in the Netherlands, supporting organizations with future-ready IT solutions and driving digital growth.
