BESQ Group Acquires M-Ring Coating B.V. to Enhance Market Position

BESQ Group has successfully acquired 100% of the shares of M-Ring Coating B.V., a prominent player in the powder coating and coatings for industrial applications sector. This acquisition, announced on January 22, 2026, is part of BESQ Group’s strategy to strengthen its position in the surface treatment industry and expand its network of specialized companies.

M-Ring Coating, based in Heerde, is recognized for its craftsmanship, technical expertise, and reliability in serving a diverse range of sectors. The company has built a solid reputation and a loyal customer base, positioning itself as a specialist in high-quality coating applications. Following the acquisition, M-Ring Coating will continue to operate under its own name and will be led by Roelof Meenderman.

Carl Vinke, the founder of M-Ring Coating, expressed confidence in the acquisition, stating, “The feeling during our first contact with BESQ Group was immediately positive, and we trust that the continuity of M-Ring is secured within the group and under the leadership of Roelof Meenderman.” This sentiment reflects the strategic alignment between the two companies.

The addition of M-Ring Coating aligns with BESQ Group’s goal of creating a collective of surface treatment specialists. The acquisition process was facilitated by De Breij Advocaten and Koers en Schut Notarissen on behalf of BESQ Group, while the selling party was advised by Stratfield and De Advocaten van Van Riet.
