Bechtle AG acquires Interforce Networks BV, boosting managed services and cloud expertise in the Netherlands. Read about the strategic deal and growth plans.

Bechtle AG, a leading IT services and managed services provider based in Neckarsulm, Germany, has acquired Interforce Networks BV and Interforce Hosted Solutions BV, two Dutch managed services companies focused on mid-sized businesses. The acquisition, announced on 7 July 2026, marks a strategic expansion of Bechtle’s managed services footprint in the Netherlands.

Interforce, headquartered in Hazerswoude-Dorp, Netherlands, was founded in 2002 and employs 38 people. The company generated €11.3 million in revenue in the 2025 financial year. It operates a highly automated model delivering integrated cloud and managed services, specializing in modern workplace solutions, cloud networking, cloud hosting, and communication services.

The acquisition strengthens Bechtle’s recurring revenue base and adds significant technical expertise to its portfolio. Bechtle plans to integrate Interforce with its Dutch subsidiary PQR in 2027, leveraging the similar organizational structures of both companies to facilitate a smooth merger. Until then, Interforce will continue to operate independently.

Marijke Krist, Vice President Benelux at Bechtle AG, highlights the strategic value of the acquisition: “With its clear focus on managed services, Interforce has established itself as a trusted partner to small and medium-sized organisations in the Netherlands. We are delighted to welcome a team that brings extensive experience, strong technical expertise and long-standing customer relationships. Together with our new colleagues at Interforce, we will continue to expand our managed services business in the Netherlands and unlock additional growth opportunities across the Bechtle Group.”

For Interforce’s co-CEOs Mark Brand and Robert Kuijf, joining Bechtle represents a strategic move to secure long-term growth within a larger international group. Kuijf states, “Joining forces with Bechtle marks an important milestone for Interforce. We share the same values when it comes to customer focus, technical excellence and sustainable growth, which gives us every confidence that our employees, customers and partners will benefit from the opportunities that come with being part of the Bechtle Group.”

The acquisition is expected to generate synergies through cross-selling managed services to existing clients, expanding cloud and communication offerings, and leveraging Bechtle’s procurement capabilities via its Dutch entities Bechtle BV and ARP Nederland BV. Cost efficiencies are anticipated from consolidating administrative functions and streamlining IT infrastructure, particularly through integration with PQR.

Bechtle’s presence in the Netherlands is already significant, operating under brands including ARP, Bechtle, Cadmes, and PQR, with approximately 950 employees. This acquisition further consolidates its position in the Dutch managed services market, particularly within the mid-sized business segment, and opens new avenues for growth and innovation.

Industry trends show increasing demand for managed services and cloud solutions among mid-sized enterprises, driven by digital transformation and remote work adoption. Bechtle’s move aligns with this market evolution, positioning it competitively against local providers and accelerating consolidation in the sector.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. The companies did not engage external advisors publicly. Bechtle plans to maintain Interforce’s operations until the planned integration with PQR in 2027, focusing on preserving customer relationships and service continuity during the transition.

Looking ahead, Bechtle aims to deploy Interforce’s solutions across its broader group markets, enhancing service offerings and driving recurring revenue growth. The integration will require careful alignment of corporate cultures and IT systems to realize the full potential of the acquisition.

This acquisition underscores Bechtle’s commitment to expanding its managed services capabilities and strengthening its position in key European markets.
