Axiom Equity has announced the final close of its second flagship fund on March 9, 2026. Axiom Equity Fund II is raising capital above its hard cap and bringing the firm’s total assets under management to more than $500 million. The fund attracted strong backing from both existing investors and new institutional partners across the U.S. and Europe, completing the raise without a formal fundraising process.
Founded in 2021 by Ed Fraser and Jonathan Organ, Axiom focuses on scaling lower middle-market B2B SaaS companies in the UK and Ireland. The firm targets mission-critical software platforms, particularly those embedding AI into core business operations, and partners with management teams to accelerate growth through operational improvements and strategic acquisitions.
The successful closing follows a strong year of activity for Axiom. In 2025, the firm completed its fourth platform investment and fifth tuck-in acquisition while delivering approximately 75% average annual recurring revenue growth across its portfolio. Axiom also achieved a significant milestone with a partial exit of Joblogic to Vista Equity Partners, a transaction that returned the firm’s inaugural fund.
According to the firm, the new fund will allow Axiom to continue investing in high-growth software businesses across the UK and Ireland, a market segment it views as underserved between venture capital and traditional buyout strategies. With increased capital and institutional support, Axiom aims to maintain a selective investment approach while expanding its portfolio of scalable, AI-enabled software platforms.
Probitas Partners acted as the exclusive placement agent for the fundraise, while Addleshaw Goddard served as legal counsel.
