Amista has officially acquired Nessi, a Belgian SAP specialist, on February 3, 2026. This acquisition enhances Amista's capabilities in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Basis, and real estate solutions, bringing a team of 25 experienced consultants into the fold.

Amista, backed by Capital A, has announced the acquisition of Nessi, a Belgian consultancy firm specializing in SAP solutions, on February 3, 2026. This strategic move aims to bolster Amista’s expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Basis, and real estate solutions, further solidifying its position within the SAP partner ecosystem.

Nessi, known for its end-to-end SAP consulting services, brings a team of 25 highly skilled consultants who have extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and post-go-live support. The acquisition also includes proprietary intellectual property, notably a solution that integrates conversational AI with SAP systems, aligning with Amista’s vision of fostering data-driven and AI-enabled operations.

“We look forward to building strong SAP projects together with Amista and supporting our customers with greater scale, expertise, and continuity,” said a representative from Nessi. “Our existing customer relationships will remain unchanged, ensuring a seamless transition.”

This acquisition is expected to create significant synergies for Amista, including cross-selling opportunities to Nessi’s existing clients and enhanced service offerings that could lead to increased sales. Additionally, the integration of Nessi’s technical expertise with Amista’s SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) capabilities is anticipated to improve project delivery and customer support.

Market analysts note that this acquisition comes at a time when demand for SAP consulting services is on the rise, driven by organizations seeking to modernize their operations and leverage advanced technologies. As Amista expands its capabilities, it may increase competitive pressure on other SAP consultancies, potentially accelerating industry consolidation.

While the deal’s financial terms have not been disclosed, the integration of Nessi is expected to be smooth, with both teams working collaboratively from Amista’s office in Mechelen. The focus will be on retaining key talent from Nessi and aligning operational processes to maximize efficiency.

Looking ahead, Amista aims to leverage this acquisition to accelerate growth in SAP consulting services and develop innovative AI-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of its clients.
