JS Drilling Solutions, based in Sundsvall, Sweden, specializes in horizontal directional drilling, a trenchless technology used for underground pipe installation. The company works closely with public authorities and infrastructure contractors across Sweden, contributing to the development and maintenance of critical underground utility networks. This expertise complements NDA’s existing services and will be integrated into NDA’s Riggtech business unit.

NDA, acquired by Ambienta in 2025, is a leading Nordic platform in underground water infrastructure services with nearly 300 employees.
