Evergreen’s Lyra Technology Group has acquired Lantack B.V., a managed service provider (MSP) based in Halsteren, Netherlands. The deal, announced on October 21, 2026, represents Evergreen’s first investment in the Netherlands and expands its footprint into the Benelux region. Lantack, founded in 2008, delivers comprehensive IT services with a focus on Microsoft technologies to small and medium-sized businesses across the Netherlands and internationally.

While financial terms were not disclosed, the acquisition adds Lantack’s team of 10 employees to Lyra’s growing community of over 140 companies operating in seven countries. The transaction is structured to preserve Lantack’s independent operations, brand, and leadership under founder and CEO Cliff Lagendijk, who will continue to lead the company.

Lantack was established to bring enterprise-level IT standards and reliability to smaller businesses without sacrificing the personalized service typical of local providers. Its client base spans professional services, manufacturing, logistics, maritime, and wholesale sectors, with IT environments extending across Europe, the United States, and Asia.

Lagendijk said, “When I founded Lantack in 2008, my ambition was to bring the professionalism, structure and reliability I knew from enterprise IT into the world of small and medium-sized businesses, without losing the personal connection that makes working with these organizations so rewarding.” He added that Evergreen’s philosophy closely aligns with Lantack’s culture, which centers on ‘Carefree ICT’—a proactive, standardized approach to IT management combined with strong customer relationships.

Evergreen operates on a permanent-capital model, emphasizing long-term growth and stability. Consistent with this approach, Lantack will maintain its brand identity and operational independence while gaining access to Evergreen’s broader resources, knowledge base, and peer network. This includes enhanced cybersecurity, compliance capabilities, and shared procurement efficiencies.

Lyra Technology Group’s Regional CEO for Europe, Dakota Ferguson, highlighted the strategic importance of the acquisition: “Lantack represents an important step in the continued growth of our community in Europe. We look forward to supporting their growth while preserving the leadership, culture, and customer relationships that have made the company successful.”

The acquisition comes amid accelerating consolidation in Europe’s managed services market, driven by increasing cybersecurity demands, regulatory compliance requirements, and talent shortages. Evergreen’s entry into the Benelux region positions it to capitalize on these trends by expanding its Microsoft-focused service offerings to a broader client base.

Looking ahead, Lyra plans to continue acquiring established MSPs across Benelux, the Nordics, and wider Europe, focusing on providers serving small to mid-sized and mid-market businesses. Integration efforts will focus on leveraging Evergreen’s platform to enhance Lantack’s service delivery and scalability while preserving its customer-centric culture.

Overall, the acquisition strengthens Evergreen’s competitive position in the European managed services sector, introducing a well-capitalized international player to the Dutch market and accelerating industry consolidation. Challenges remain in maintaining Lantack’s local customer intimacy and managing cross-border operational alignment, but the partnership aims to deliver sustainable growth and enhanced service capabilities.
