paraDIGMA groep acquires Codex Analyse to enhance wage cost and social security expertise. Deal closes October 2026. Read more on sustainable employability.
paraDIGMA groep, a consultancy focused on sustainable employability and employer services backed by Castik Capital, has agreed to acquire Codex Analyse, a specialist in wage cost schemes and social security legislation. The transaction, announced on September 10, 2026, is set to complete by the end of October, pending approval from the Dutch Healthcare Authority (NZa).
The acquisition involves a full takeover of Codex Analyse, which is known for its expertise in leveraging wage cost regulations and social security benefits to support employers. Codex’s proprietary software platform and in-depth knowledge of subsidy schemes such as the no-risk policy, wage cost advantages, and training subsidies will complement paraDIGMA’s existing service portfolio.
paraDIGMA groep, headquartered in Nieuwegein, Netherlands, has been actively expanding through acquisitions, with Codex Analyse marking its fifth recent purchase. Earlier in 2026, paraDIGMA acquired 2grip, Master Arbo Nederland, ASK Arbo Artsen, and the Arbogezondheidscentrum, consolidating its footprint in employer services and occupational health.
Reiant Mulder, CEO of paraDIGMA groep, states, “With the acquisition of Codex Analyse, we strengthen our position as a leading partner in sustainable employability. Codex brings distinctive expertise and software in wage cost schemes and social security that aligns perfectly with our vision. By combining our knowledge, we create greater value for clients and enhance our capacity to support employers sustainably.”
Codex Analyse, recognized for its systematic approach to identifying and capitalizing on subsidy opportunities for employers, will benefit from paraDIGMA’s scale and professional infrastructure. Co-founder Huub Stroo expressed confidence in the partnership, noting, “We have found a partner in paraDIGMA who shares our vision and offers the scale and network to further develop our services. This step opens new opportunities for our employees and clients while preserving the approach that defines Codex Analyse.”
The deal reflects broader industry trends where HR consultancies integrate data-driven analytics and specialized software to enhance workforce management and employer support. By incorporating Codex’s analytical tools, paraDIGMA aims to improve data-driven decision-making and expand its consulting capabilities.
Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The transaction is expected to generate synergies through cross-selling opportunities, operational efficiencies, and an expanded service offering combining consultancy with advanced analytics.
Integration efforts will focus on aligning organizational cultures, merging IT systems, and retaining key talent from Codex Analyse. The deal positions paraDIGMA to better compete in the Dutch HR consulting market, where rivals are increasingly investing in analytics and integrated employer solutions.
Pending regulatory approval, paraDIGMA plans to finalize the acquisition by October 31, 2026, and begin integrating Codex Analyse’s services into its broader sustainable employability framework. The combined entity aims to deliver enhanced value to employers seeking to optimize workforce productivity and leverage social security benefits effectively.
