Groupe EDH, backed by Five Arrows, has completed the acquisition of Artemis Academie, a private creative education institution based in Amsterdam. The deal, announced in April 2026, brings Artemis into Groupe EDH’s portfolio of prestigious creative academies worldwide, including IFA Paris, MOPA, Gnomon, and École Bleue. While financial terms were not disclosed, the acquisition marks a strategic expansion of Groupe EDH’s presence in the creative education sector.

Artemis Academie offers a full-time accredited Bachelor of Arts degree alongside a part-time evening program tailored for professionals in creative fields such as trend forecasting, styling, design, and art direction. The institution has experienced strong growth in recent years, driven by increasing demand for specialized creative education.

Groupe EDH, a leading private education group focused on creative disciplines, aims to leverage this acquisition to broaden its international network and enhance program diversity. The group operates academies in major cities including Paris, Shanghai, New York, and Miami, and Artemis’s addition strengthens its footprint in Europe.

Danielle Robben and Martijn Feringa will continue as directors and co-owners of Artemis Academie, ensuring continuity in leadership and preserving the institution’s core identity during integration.
