PipeChain, a global provider of cloud-based Collaborative Planning & Execution software, announces the acquisition of Quyntess, a Netherlands-based supply chain software company with operations in the Benelux region, Germany, France, and the United States. The deal, announced on May 27, 2026, significantly expands PipeChain’s geographic presence and enhances its ability to support the full procure-to-pay process.
The combined entity will generate approximately EUR 22 million in annual revenue, with a current annual recurring revenue (ARR) run rate of EUR 16 million. While the financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, PipeChain has acquired 100% ownership of Quyntess, integrating its software assets and customer base into its platform.
PipeChain specializes in cloud-based collaborative planning and execution solutions tailored for large multinational corporations, particularly in the automotive and retail sectors. Quyntess, meanwhile, focuses on supply chain collaboration and electronic data interchange (EDI) solutions, delivering real-time operational excellence across global supply chains.

Our technology and domain expertise complements PipeChain’s mission perfectly, and together we will be able to deliver end-to-end digitalization capabilities that our customers — and the market as a whole — are demanding. This partnership accelerates our ability to innovate and scale for the benefit of our customers, our people, and our shareholders.”
The acquisition enhances PipeChain’s product portfolio by integrating Quyntess’ state-of-the-art technology, built on modern architectural principles. This integration enables significant back-end improvements and functional enhancements, including advanced EDI and supplier collaboration modules. The combined offering aims to provide comprehensive digitalization of both direct and indirect material flows and spend, strengthening PipeChain’s position as a leading collaborative platform for data-driven supply chains.
Industry trends show increasing demand for end-to-end supply chain visibility and automation, driven by complex global networks and the need for resilience. This acquisition positions PipeChain to better serve sectors such as automotive, aerospace, and healthcare by expanding its geographic reach and broadening its industry-specific functionalities.
