Bracchi Acquires VIM and Greenway Logistics to Expand in Benelux

Bracchi expands into Northern Europe by acquiring VIM and Greenway Logistics, enhancing logistics services for fashion and lifestyle brands.

Bracchi, a specialist in freight transport and logistics, has acquired VIM and Greenway Logistics, two logistics companies based in the Netherlands serving primarily small and mid-sized fashion, sports, and lifestyle brands. This acquisition marks Bracchi’s entry into the Benelux market and further extends its European presence, complementing its existing operations in Italy and Southern Europe.

VIM operates as an integrated third-party logistics (3PL) provider offering inbound transport, warehousing, storage, handling, and outbound transport services. Its one-stop-shop model supports brands seeking a single logistics partner across their supply chain. VIM is also a preferred European warehousing partner for non-European brands aiming to establish or grow their presence in Europe.

Greenway Logistics specializes in procurement and advisory services across parcel, express, sea freight, and air freight. By aggregating customer demand and collaborating with international carriers and local partners, Greenway provides cost-efficient logistics solutions to SMEs. Its services include shipment consolidation, CO₂ emissions monitoring, and compliance support.

The acquisition enhances Bracchi’s service portfolio by combining transport, warehousing, fulfilment, and freight forwarding capabilities. The enlarged group will offer a more integrated logistics proposition across a broader European footprint, leveraging the strategic Venlo-Tegelen logistics hub, a key gateway to Northern Europe.

This transaction follows Bracchi’s previous acquisitions of Rostock Trans in 2026 and Mateco in 2024, reflecting its ongoing buy-and-build strategy to scale its European platform and strengthen its position in attractive end-markets. The deal aligns with Argos Climate Action, the decarbonisation-focused strategy of Argos, Bracchi’s private equity backer, emphasizing renewable energy sourcing, logistics efficiency, and low-emission last-mile delivery.

Bracchi’s CEO commented, “We are pleased to welcome our colleagues from VIM and Greenway Logistics. Their business models integrate well with ours and will accelerate our growth in Northern Europe through commercial and operational synergies that create shareholder value.” A representative from VIM and Greenway Logistics added, “Joining Bracchi allows us to expand our solutions while maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit and service quality that define our companies.”

Advisors on the transaction included DC Advisory for M&A, Van Till Advocaten for legal due diligence, and Mactavish for warranty and indemnity insurance. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Industry experts note that this acquisition strengthens Bracchi’s position as a leading logistics partner for fashion and lifestyle brands in Europe, particularly by expanding into the Benelux region. The integration is expected to generate cross-selling opportunities, operational efficiencies, and enhanced sustainability initiatives.

Looking ahead, Bracchi plans to integrate VIM and Greenway Logistics’ operations, aligning IT systems and processes while preserving service quality. The company aims to leverage the combined network to support international brands seeking efficient access to the European market and to drive further growth in Northern Europe.

This acquisition represents a significant step in Bracchi’s strategy to build a scalable, integrated, and sustainable European logistics platform focused on specialized sectors such as fashion and lifestyle.
