Werkhelden Investments Acquires Talent4Taxi to Expand Staffing in Transport Sector

Werkhelden Investments acquires Talent4Taxi, integrating 123 employees to expand its flexible staffing services in the transport sector.

Werkhelden Investments has completed the acquisition of Talent4Taxi, a Mill-based company specializing in personnel mediation and secondment within the transportation sector. The deal, announced on June 19, 2026, brings 123 employees, including 120 seconded workers and 3 office staff, under the Werkhelden umbrella as part of its ongoing growth strategy in the Dutch flexmarkt.

While the financial terms of the transaction remain undisclosed, the acquisition represents a full 100% stake purchase. Negotiations between Talent4Taxi’s owner Björn van de Weem and Werkhelden CEO Timo Pouw, supported by Werkhelden Detachering’s operational director Bram Baaij, concluded swiftly within weeks. Both parties emphasized a constructive process prioritizing speed, clarity, and continuity for employees and clients.

Werkhelden Investments, headquartered in Eindhoven, focuses on investments and growth in the flexible employment sector, supporting entrepreneurs through company acquisitions, participations, and succession planning. The firm holds all necessary certifications to serve both clients and flexible workers effectively.

Talent4Taxi has established itself as a niche player in the transport industry, with a strong reputation in personnel mediation and secondment services. Its integration into Werkhelden’s platform is expected to enhance specialized staffing solutions for transportation clients and broaden Werkhelden’s market reach.

According to CEO Timo Pouw, “Talent4Taxi has built an excellent market reputation. This acquisition not only adds experienced personnel to our organization but also strengthens our position within a key niche of the labor market.” Bram Baaij added, “From the outset, it was clear both companies share a focus on quality, engagement, and long-term relationships with employees and clients, providing a solid foundation for future growth.” Owner Björn van de Weem expressed confidence in the partnership, stating, “For our employees and clients, it is important that the organization can continue to grow within a strong and ambitious group. Werkhelden Investments is the right partner for this.”

The acquisition aligns with Werkhelden’s buy-and-build strategy targeting the flexible staffing sector, including temporary employment, secondment, payrolling, and back-office services. The company has indicated ongoing interest in further acquisitions and participations to consolidate its market position.

Market analysts note that this deal strengthens Werkhelden’s footprint in the Dutch flexible workforce market, particularly within the transportation vertical, a segment experiencing steady demand for specialized staffing solutions. The integration is expected to generate synergies through cross-selling opportunities, operational efficiencies, and economies of scale in recruitment and workforce management.

Challenges ahead include aligning corporate cultures, retaining key Talent4Taxi personnel, and integrating IT and workforce management systems. However, the phased integration approach aims to maintain uninterrupted service delivery to clients and employees.

Looking forward, Werkhelden plans to leverage Talent4Taxi’s niche expertise to deepen sector penetration and expand its client base. The acquisition is anticipated to enhance pricing power and client retention through increased scale and service diversification.

As the flexible staffing market consolidates, competitors may respond with similar M&A activity or focus on specialization to maintain competitiveness. Werkhelden’s expanded service offering positions it well to capitalize on these industry dynamics.
