Triton Partners has successfully closed its sixth flagship mid-market fund, Fund VI (T6), at its €5.5 billion target on March 16, 2026, marking the largest fund raised in the firm’s history. The fund attracted commitments from both new and existing global investors, reflecting strong confidence in Triton’s European mid-market investment strategy and track record of building and growing businesses.
T6 will continue Triton’s focus on investments in industrial technology, business services, and healthcare, sectors where the firm sees strong long-term growth opportunities across Europe. As a sector specialist investor, Triton aims to support portfolio companies through operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives, supported by its in-house value creation team, the Accelerator Unit.
The new fund builds on Triton’s strong historical performance, with previous funds achieving top-quartile returns. In recognition of this track record, Triton was recently ranked among the top twenty performing private equity firms globally in the HEC‑Dow Jones Large Buyout Performance Ranking.
To date, T6 has already deployed around €900 million across three platform investments: Hanab, Keenfinity, and MacGregor, all corporate carve-outs aligned with Triton’s core sectors.
