Nyver Announces Oversubscribed Closing of Inaugural Fund at €335 Million Hard Cap

Nyver Capital Partners (“Nyver”), a newly established Amsterdam-based private equity firm, announced on November 12, 2025, the final close of its inaugural fund, Nyver I (“the Fund”), at its €335 million hard cap. The fund was significantly oversubscribed and reached its maximum capacity in just over four months, making it the largest first-time private equity fund raised to date in the Netherlands.

The strong fundraising momentum reflects robust backing from a diverse group of global institutional investors. Commitments were secured primarily from endowments and foundations, asset managers, family offices, and insurance companies, complemented by support from a network of respected Dutch entrepreneurs.

Nyver I will focus on buyout investments in knowledge-intensive, asset-light businesses across the Netherlands, with a particular emphasis on founder-led companies. The firm targets profitable B2B businesses operating in IT & business services, critical engineered components, and essential products.
