Strix, a European digital commerce agency, has acquired Eshop Guide, a German Shopify Premier agency, on February 17, 2026. This acquisition aims to bolster Strix's Shopify offerings and expand its team of e-commerce specialists in Germany to over 100.

Strix, a prominent European digital commerce agency backed by DELTA Equity Partners, has announced its acquisition of Eshop Guide, a leading Shopify Premier agency based in Germany. The deal, finalized on February 17, 2026, is part of Strix’s strategy to enhance its Shopify capabilities and expand its footprint in the DACH region.

Eshop Guide, founded in 2016, has established itself as a key player in the Shopify ecosystem, recognized for delivering high-quality projects and applications for international brands such as GIESSWEIN, New Balance, ELHO, and Ortlieb. With this acquisition, Strix aims to leverage Eshop Guide’s expertise to accelerate its growth in the German market, increasing its team of e-commerce specialists to over 100.

Oliver Schönbett, co-founder and COO of Eshop Guide, expressed enthusiasm about the acquisition, stating, “Joining Strix is a great next step for Eshop Guide. Germany currently has around 200 Shopify partners, with only six holding the prestigious Shopify Premier Partner status. Eshop Guide is recognized for its strong delivery track record and deep Shopify expertise, further solidifying its reputation as a technology-driven partner.
