Brainport Diagnostics PAMM B.V., alongside co-investors Máxima MC and Catharina Ziekenhuis, has successfully acquired Clinical Diagnostics PAMM B.V. from Clinical Diagnostics Netherlands Holding B.V. The announcement was made on January 27, 2026, with the acquisition aimed at enhancing the quality and sustainability of diagnostic services in the Brainport region.

This acquisition is a result of extensive discussions and thorough research among the involved parties. The initiative is expected to bolster the continuity of care, preserve expertise, and secure jobs within the region. As stated by Marcel Visser, former chairman of Máxima MC, “The acquisition of PAMM fits perfectly into our joint ambition to work more intensively towards sustainable healthcare for our patients.”
