Your.Cloud, backed by Strikwerda Investments, has completed the acquisition of CAB holland, a well-established IT service provider located in Gorinchem, Netherlands. This strategic move aims to bolster Your.Cloud’s footprint in the Dutch market and enhance its managed services platform. The deal was officially announced on January 26, 2026, although specific financial terms were not disclosed.

CAB holland has built a strong reputation in the Drechtsteden region, serving a diverse clientele across logistics, agriculture, and engineering sectors. The company offers a comprehensive range of IT solutions, including private cloud, on-premises, and public cloud services, positioning itself as a key player for mid-sized organizations with complex IT requirements.

Jos Baggerman, the former Managing Director of CAB holland, expressed confidence in the acquisition, stating, “Your.Cloud is a perfect fit for us, precisely because it is also a family-owned business.
